Raymond Bikulcius is now celebrating 6 years of providing personal fitness and functional movement to individuals looking to improve their baseball, golf or overall life performance. My mission is meet and provide specialized programming to each client based on their individual needs. 

I begin with an assessment and goals analysis to discover each client's personal fitness desire.  I then create and indivualized plan based on the assessment and goals.  Together, we execute the plan to create the movement and body we want.
